Job Description

Experience: 5–6 Years

Department: F&B Production– Kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present authentic Indian and Chinese dishes with consistency and quality.

· Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI norms.

· Support the Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.

· Train commi chefs and kitchen helpers to ensure quality and consistency.

· Coordinate with service staff for timely and efficient food service.

· Assist in planning and innovating new menu items and special festival dishes.

· Monitor inventory, portion control, and minimize food waste.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine at reputed hotels/resorts.

· Strong knowledge of spices, regional flavors, wok skills, and tandoor techniques.

· Good team coordination and ability to work under pressure.

· Culinary certification/diploma preferred.
