Executive Assistant to Directors

Pushpam Hospitality is looking for a dedicated, confident, and highly presentable professional to join us as Executive Assistant (EA) to Directors.

This is not just an EA role — it’s a leadership grooming opportunity. The selected candidate will work directly with our Directors, shadowing them in strategy, operations, and decision-making, while gaining complete exposure to resort management.

✅ Career Path: After 3 years of structured mentorship & training, the EA will take charge as General Manager (GM) of one of our luxury resorts in Maharashtra.

What We’re Looking For:

Age: 30 – 35+ years

Strong background in Front Office / Sales / Guest Relations (8+ years)

Dedicated, quick learner, adaptable, and ambitious

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Highly presentable and confident personality

Willingness to travel across Maharashtra & India

Long-term commitment to leadership growth
