Executive Assistant to Director

• AI & Design Support – Use ChatGPT and design tools to prepare drafts, presentations, and creative content as required.
• Task & Calendar Management – Manage reminders, follow-ups, schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Research & Analysis – Conduct thorough research (market, industry, customer-specific) and present findings in structured formats.
• Coordination & Communication – Liaise across teams, vendors, and clients; ensure smooth information flow and follow-ups.
• Customer-Facing Support – Represent the organization in small client interactions, calls, or meetings when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Task Completion Rate – % of tasks followed up and closed on/before deadline.
• Accuracy & Quality – Quality of research, documents, and design outputs (measured by manager satisfaction/feedback).
• Response & Reminder Effectiveness – Timeliness in reminders, escalations, and calendar management.
• Coordination Efficiency – Reduction in missed communications, improved workflow among stakeholders.
• Customer Interaction Feedback – Professionalism and effectiveness during external interactions.

Pay: ₹14,972.70 - ₹51,147.23 per month
