Job Summary

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in line with resort standards. The role focuses on wellness service delivery, hygiene compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments such as massages, body therapies, and wellness services as per SOPs.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and sanitised before and after each session.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Educate guests on spa services, products, and post-treatment care.
• Upsell spa treatments, packages, and products to increase revenue.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns politely and effectively.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with spa reception and team members for smooth scheduling.
• Monitor product usage and report inventory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa therapies.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy from a recognised institute.
• Prior experience in a resort or hotel spa will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
