Research and Development Executive

You are a highly experienced Senior R&D Executive who will be leading product innovation initiatives. Your background in R&D, product development, and commercialization, coupled with a passion for driving innovation in the food and beverage industry, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. This full-time on-site position in Mohali, India, requires a Food Technologist to handle sensory evaluation, food technology, laboratory skills, quality control, and research and development (R&D) activities. You will be involved in producing high-quality powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, sachets, and energy drinks. Your key responsibilities include driving R&D projects from ideation to commercialization, conducting market research to identify trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing product formulations for taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, transferring technology to manufacturing, developing and launching new high-quality nutraceutical products, and staying updated on market trends and consumer research. To excel in this role, you should have an M-Tech/B-Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Nutraceuticals product development, strong project management skills, experience in Stage Gate processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Your expertise in regulatory compliance, market trend analysis, and consumer research will be crucial in driving product innovation aligned with evolving health trends.,
