Research Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Research Analyst - Research and Data Service Line. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Management, Business, Economics, along with  0- 2 years of experience in research. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, a problem-solving approach, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring requests are well understood and executed efficiently.
• Manage the full research lifecycle, including scoping, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, synthesis, and presentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance in outcomes.
• Execute both primary and secondary research methodologies to gather comprehensive insights.
• Perform in-depth research on business, economic, management, government and cross-industry topics, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities in competitive landscapes.
• Translate complex research findings into actionable intelligence, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business needs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed research reports and presentations, clearly communicating insights.
• Support the development, organization, and continuous improvement of internal research databases and knowledge repositories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s from an accredited institution in Statistics, Management, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 0-2 years of work experience in primary or secondary research.
• Proficiency in research methodologies and data processing (dashboarding tools is a plus). 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  for successfully managing a variety and volume of research requests.
• Must be open to working in shifts.
• Must be available to join within 30 days.
