Job Title: Sales Operations Team Lead / Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for sales processing and order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and process management skills to ensure efficient execution and team performance aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide a team of supervisors and support staff managing administrative and sales processing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of key sales operations including quote creation, pricing, order registration, documentation, billing, invoicing, and system configuration as per client requirements.
Manage team headcount, workload distribution, deliverables, and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and successful project delivery.
Regularly report team performance, escalate issues, and share progress updates with managers and sales stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely deliverables, and compliance with quality standards.
Foster effective communication within the team and across departments to promote alignment and accountability.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Oversee all aspects of people management, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and career development of team members.
Ensure team members have access to the right tools, training, and resources for continuous development and role effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience:
4–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or administrative support
0–1 year of experience in people management or team leadership
Required Skills: Strong leadership abilities with expertise in coaching, mentoring, and team building
Solid project management skills (risk/time/resource management, prioritization, structuring)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experience managing distributed teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English and local language
In-depth understanding of sales processes, systems, and order management tools
High adaptability and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with organizational policies, internal processes, and compliance requirements
