Renewal Opportunity Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Renewal Opportunity Administrator to oversee and optimize the renewal process, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of renewal records, tracking opportunities, and improving the workflow for renewals management. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and the BizzApps team, to address data inconsistencies and enhance automation in renewal tracking and reporting. The Renewal Opportunity Administrator will play a key role in streamlining the renewal lifecycle by implementing standardized processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Monitor & Validate Renewals: Regularly review renewal opportunities to ensure all essential fields are complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies Track missing or incomplete renewal records and work with relevant stakeholders to update and correct data. Conduct routine audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in renewal records. Ensure that renewal opportunities reflect the correct contract terms, ASV, Quota Amount and subscription details for accuracy in forecasting and reporting. Quota Validation: Verify the previous year's closed Annual Subscription Value (ASV) against renewal quota amounts to maintain financial accuracy. Support Sales and Finance teams with renewal quota validation to ensure alignment with overall revenue goals. Data Integrity: Identify and correct any missing or incomplete renewal records for closed transactions, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the BizzApps team and other stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies and improve the renewal process. Process Standardization: Develop and implement a standardized workflow for renewal opportunity creation, validation, and tracking. Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and provide insights on renewal trends, data quality, and potential process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Management, or CRM Administration. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data validation techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models. Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization in CRM systems.
