Job Description: As a Renewal Opportunity Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing the renewal process by ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of renewal records, tracking opportunities, and improving workflow for renewals management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and the BizzApps team, you will address data inconsistencies and enhance automation in renewal tracking and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and validating renewals to ensure completeness and accuracy, tracking missing or incomplete renewal records, conducting routine audits, and ensuring renewal opportunities reflect correct contract terms and subscription details for accurate forecasting and reporting. You will also be responsible for verifying previous year's closed Annual Subscription Value (ASV) against renewal quota amounts, supporting Sales and Finance teams with renewal quota validation, and ensuring data integrity by identifying and correcting any missing or incomplete renewal records. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with the BizzApps team and other stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies and improve the renewal process. You will also be involved in developing and implementing standardized workflows for renewal opportunity creation, validation, and tracking, as well as generating reports and providing insights on renewal trends, data quality, and potential process improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Management, or CRM Administration. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Additionally, experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models, familiarity with automation and workflow optimization in CRM systems, and an understanding of sales forecasting and renewal metrics are preferred qualifications.
