Identify and generate leads for home loan products
Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements
Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures
Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales (Loan products preferred)
Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
Fixed salary (based on experience and performance)
