Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
