Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to offer expert advice on mortgage options. Build and maintain a network of contacts within the community to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial situations. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client data and interactions.
