Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and grow our education loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in education loan operations, customer relationship management, and coordination with educational institutions and loan partners. The role involves guiding students and parents through the loan process and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and partner institutions regarding education loan inquiries.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate education loan products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Loan Processing & Coordination

  • Assist customers throughout the entire loan application process—from documentation to disbursement.
  • Verify and collect required documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and verification teams to ensure timely loan approvals.
  • Liaise with financial partners, banks, and NBFCs to track application status and resolve queries.

3. Business Development & Outreach

  • Identify and approach potential students, educational institutions, consultants, and partners to generate leads.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach events to promote education loan offerings.
  • Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.

4. Post-Disbursement Support

  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding repayment schedules, interest rates, and loan terms.
  • Address customer grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to support cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in education loan processing, sales, or customer relationship roles (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of education loan products, documentation, underwriting norms, and financial procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
