Team leader for PL

Job Overview:
As a Business Loan Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on implementing Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency within the fintech space. You will guide and mentor team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a good understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A good understanding of the fintech industry is essential to drive meaningful improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of Lean practitioners to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Implement Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S to optimize business processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of Lean initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Continuously assess and improve workflows, processes, and operations within the fintech domain.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to report on project progress, results, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure effective documentation of Lean processes and improvements for future reference.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience working in a Lean-focused or process improvement role, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles and tools.
• Proven track record of guiding teams and implementing successful Lean projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred.
