With a vision to become a trusted household name, we aim to build lasting relationships with our customers, distributors, and dealers while offering excellent after-sales service. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and distributors. The role involves managing queries, resolving issues, strengthening customer loyalty, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations teams. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, distributors, and channel partners. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces). Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Develop retention strategies (loyalty programs, offers, follow-ups). Track and analyze customer data (purchases, complaints, preferences) to improve service. Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction, complaints resolved, and service KPIs. Support marketing campaigns with customer engagement activities (feedback collection, surveys, referrals). Train and guide customer support executives (if applicable) to maintain consistent service standards. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Client Servicing. Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English required, regional languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media engagement. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
