We manufacture and supply premium kitchen serving tools, cutlery, whisks, strainers, and other stainless-steel products using advanced machinery, including CNC wire-bending machines. With strong domestic and export growth, we are looking for a Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day production, workforce, and quality on the shop floor. Role OverviewThe Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure productivity and quality standards, and coordinate with workers, machine operators, and management. This role requires hands-on leadership to maintain discipline, optimize output, and ensure safe working practices. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor. Allocate work to machine operators, welders, polishers, and helpers as per production targets. Monitor output, productivity, and quality across machines (wire-bending, polishing, packing, etc.). Maintain strict discipline, attendance, and performance of factory workers. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, safety protocols, and company SOPs. Coordinate with stores/warehouse for raw material issuance and finished goods dispatch. Troubleshoot minor machine and operational issues; escalate major breakdowns to maintenance. Prepare daily production and manpower reports for management. Train workers on new processes and ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist management in cost control, waste reduction, and process improvements. RequirementsDiploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in factory supervision, preferably in kitchenware / wire products / sheet metal / light engineering industry. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation (wire-bending, cutting, welding) preferred. Ability to maintain production discipline and motivate workers. Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting. Understanding of safety standards and ISO processes.
