Working Hours: 7 days working 12-hour shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) Rotational Day & Night Shifts Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations, labour handling, and production execution. The supervisor will be accountable for manpower discipline, production targets, safety, and smooth coordination between workers and management. Key Responsibilities: Labour Management: Supervise and manage factory labour during shifts Ensure worker discipline, attendance, and proper shift allocation Handle labour issues, conflicts, and productivity concerns on the shop floor Train workers on job methods, safety practices, and machine handling Production & Operations: Execute daily production plans as per management targets Monitor production output, quality, and wastage Ensure machines and manpower are optimally utilized Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns Maintain production logs, shift reports, and labour records Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs Enforce safety rules and use of PPE on the shop floor Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices immediately Coordination & Reporting: Report daily production status to management Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and maintenance teams Support implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives
ARRANGE AND MANAGE LABOUR
Job Title: Factory Store In-Charge / Store Keeper Working Hours: 7 days working 12-hour shift 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible Factory Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, track material consumption, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely availability of raw materials, spares, and consumables required for smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities: Store & Inventory Management: Maintain proper stock of raw materials, spares, tools, and consumables Issue materials to production as per approved requirements Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory Conduct daily stock checks and periodic physical verification Daily Consumption & Reporting: Record daily material consumption shift-wise / department-wise Prepare and submit daily consumption reports to management Track fast-moving and critical items to avoid shortages Maintain inward and outward material registers Indent & Requirement Planning: Prepare and send material requirement / indent reports on time Coordinate with purchase team for re-ordering of materials Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder points Coordination & Control: Coordinate with production, maintenance, and purchase departments Ensure material is issued only against proper authorization Control wastage, misuse, and pilferage of materials Documentation & Records: Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue slips, and inventory records Support audits and stock reconciliation Maintain basic records on computer / Excel (if required)
