About the Role We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual assets that communicate our brand identity and drive engagement across various media channels. Key Responsibilities Design: Create visually compelling digital and print designs including marketing materials, social media graphics, product packaging, and website assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions. Revise designs based on feedback and adapt to evolving project needs. Brand Consistency: Uphold and enhance our brand’s visual identity across all channels. Maintain a consistent design language that aligns with the company’s goals and messaging. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in graphic design or a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with design tools and software for both web and print projects. Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices. Additional Assets: Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Basic understanding of web design principles and UX/UI design is advantageous. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR (1–5 years for Executive / 5–10 years for Manager).
