Job Description

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, offers). Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. Employee Engagement & Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions. Assist in implementing training & development programs. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Draft HR policies, circulars, and SOPs. Payroll & Benefits Assist in payroll processing, leaves, and benefits administration. Handle employee exits, full & final settlements. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR (1–5 years for Executive / 5–10 years for Manager). Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
