As a Factory Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory in Gurgaon, IMT Manesar. Your role will involve supervising production, dispatch, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules. You will lead the factory staff, maintain a productive work environment, and handle documentation related to production reports, inventory logs, dispatch records, and quality control documents. Additionally, you will manage MIS reporting, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Your duties will also include supervising billing procedures, coordinating with logistics for product dispatch, tracking goods movement, overseeing raw material procurement, and maintaining inventory records. You will collaborate with the sales team for product delivery, ensure timely billing, and monitor purchase order fulfillment. Team management is a crucial aspect of your role, where you will lead, train, and resolve issues among factory staff while maintaining discipline, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety and quality protocols are followed.
