Relationship Manager

We're Hiring | Relationship Manager - Bhopal & Ahmedabad

Jigisha Enterprises, a prominent player in industrial and electrical solutions in India, is looking for a Relationship Manager to contribute to our growth in the railways, metros, infrastructure, and industrial EPC sectors. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development & Client Relationship:

- Identify and onboard clients in industrial, rail/metro, infrastructure, and EPC sectors for electrical parts, spares, and projects.

- Build strong client partnerships through regular visits and solution-based selling.

- Present the full Jigisha Group portfolio, including Supply, Installation, AMC, Projects, Global Sourcing, and Contract Manufacturing.

- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions, RFQs, and negotiations.

- Vendor & Partner Management:

- Source reliable vendors for electricals, switchgear, panels, cables, solar ancillaries, and instruments.

- Negotiate contracts, warranties, payment terms, and delivery SLAs.

- Monitor vendor performance based on quality and delivery metrics.

- Sales & Project Coordination:

- Oversee front-end AMC, electrification, and project execution.

- Collaborate with technical teams for BOQs, installations, testing, and commissioning.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives for service contracts and spares kits.

- Financial & Insurance Offerings:

- Provide project finance, transit insurance, and employee cover solutions through partner channels.

- Manage client documentation and handover processes to partner teams.

- Market Intelligence & Business Growth:

- Stay updated on emerging industrial needs, technologies, and partnerships.

- Support contract manufacturing and JV opportunities for Jigisha Group's expansion.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 2-4 years in B2B/industrial/electrical sales or client relations.
