Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager Department: iVolunteer Centers Location: Pune Reports to: Regional Manager Work Mode: Hybrid – fixed days from office, rest remote As a Relationship Manager at iVolunteer, you will be the key link between NGOs, volunteers, and corporate partners in Pune. Your role is central to nurturing partnerships, delivering high-impact volunteering projects, and ensuring smooth volunteer engagement across programs. Your Role Research and onboard credible NGO partners. Understand NGO needs and connect them with suitable volunteers. Plan and execute volunteering activities with NGO partners. Maintain accurate documentation and impact analysis on the internal cloud system. Implement skill-based volunteering “Impact Projects” in areas like HR, Marketing, Communication, and IT. Build and manage a strong database of skilled volunteers. Match volunteer skills with project and partner requirements. Support senior leaders in pitching and implementing corporate volunteering programs. Liaise with vendors and negotiate for services and supplies needed for events. Coordinate smooth delivery of on-ground and virtual employee volunteering activities. Provide timely updates and reports to corporate partners. Conduct volunteer orientation sessions. Guide volunteers to suitable opportunities and ensure a meaningful experience. Organise events to increase volunteer registrations, engagement, and recognition. Connect with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate volunteering activities. Organise training sessions for NGO partners on volunteer management. Maintain documentation and meet reporting requirements as per internal systems. Represent iVolunteer with professionalism and integrity in all interactions. You Should Have A graduate degree in any discipline. 2–4 years of work experience in the social sector. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation tools. You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have A passion for creating social impact through volunteering.
