Job Title: Relationship Manager

Locations-Vadodara, Jalandhar, Jaipur & Dehradun

About Us:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities.
Promote the company education loan offerings to institutions and students.
Drive student onboarding and facilitate loan applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Achieve monthly business targets and ensure consistent lead generation.
Represent company during campus events, fairs, and student sessions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or relationship management (Education / Fintech sector preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to nearby cities.
Own vehicle preferred for travel convenience.
