Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Travel

Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: INR 50k-90k (Negotiable)


We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Relationship Manager – Corporate Travel to manage and expand partnerships with corporate clients who rely on premium travel solutions, including private aviation and executive ground transportation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of corporate travel dynamics, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering personalized, high-touch service experiences for senior executives and VIP clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring consistent, reliable, and exceptional service across both air and ground travel.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive assistants, travel managers, event planners, and procurement teams.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through customized travel programs and value-added offerings.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations and partner networks to ensure seamless trip execution and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare account performance summaries, track KPIs, and present insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and partnership teams on new business development and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and corporate meetings as required.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate travel, private aviation, hospitality, or luxury transportation account management.
  • Strong knowledge of executive travel logistics, including private jet charters, airport operations, and VIP ground transfers.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesmate, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate time-sensitive client needs and cross-border operations.
  • Previous experience in luxury travel, aviation brokerage, or concierge services is an asset.
