We are a premier provider of luxury ground transportation, specializing in delivering reliable, personalized chauffeur services to corporate and VIP clients across Canada. As we expand into the corporate travel segment, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our B2B growth strategy and build lasting partnerships with corporate clients.


Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Corporate Travel Sales Manager with proven experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or luxury services. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with corporate travel departments, event planners, hotels, executive assistants, and high-end travel coordinators. This is a proactive sales role requiring strong networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach corporate clients, including businesses, event organizers, VIP travel planners, and concierge teams.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term corporate transportation agreements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, corporate travel agencies, DMCs, sports teams, entertainment companies, and other target sectors.
  • Advise our on-site team of relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to represent the company and build visibility in the corporate travel sector.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing models, and client reports to support sales efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in corporate travel, hospitality, event management, or luxury services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a consultative sales cycle.
  • Comfortable selling premium, high-value services to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an asset.
