About the Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented RelationshipManager to build and maintain strong relationships with partner bankofficials (Union Bank & Bank of India) at the branch level. The roleinvolves promoting insurance products, achieving sales targets, and enhancingthe brand image within the assigned cluster of branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed new business and renewaltargets through partner bank branches.

Provide sales and service support, includingdocumentation, medical examinations, and proposal scrutiny to ensure quickpolicy issuance.

Facilitate renewal premium collections andensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain records of daily activities, leads, andparticipation in promotional activities like branch meetings.

Promote SUDs brand and products consistently.

Implement brand-building initiatives and fosterexcellent relationships with bank personnel.

Organize exhibitions, customer meets, andcluster events in coordination with supervisors.

Submit daily MIS reports on performance metrics.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Loans, Mutual Funds, or related financial sectors.
