Job Summary

Regional Visual Merchandiser.

KPIs

Operations & Process Excellence

  • Own the end-to-end VM calendar, ensuring timely execution of monthly, seasonal, and event-based refreshes.
  • Standardize VM guidelines and SOPs for existing and new stores, ensuring scalability and replicability.
  • Manage vendor partnerships for production, props, and installations, optimizing for quality, cost, and timelines.

Analytics & Impact

  • Monitor the commercial impact of VM strategies through sales uplift, customer engagement metrics, and dwell times.
  • Continuously gather insights from stores and customers to iterate on visual strategies.
  • Lead VM audits and store walk-throughs to ensure high standards are maintained across the board.
  • Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics and drive sales.
  • Create engaging window and in-store displays aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with category managers to boost product category SPD (Sales Per Day) by 15%-30% through data-driven promotion planning and superior in-store execution with the operations team.
  • Manage in-store campaigns in the form of signage to complement digital marketing efforts driving traffic and brand engagement.


Strategy & Leadership:

  • Define and implement Sweet Dreams’ VM strategy in alignment with brand positioning, customer experience goals, and commercial objectives.
  • Build and lead a best-in-class VM team, including planners, designers, and on-ground executors, ensuring consistency across formats and locations.
  • Translate global and local trends into actionable VM concepts suited for Sweet Dreams’ experience-seeking audience.


Creative Execution

  • Lead the design and rollout of window displays, in-store setups, product presentation, category zoning, and seasonal narratives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and category teams to support campaigns, product launches, and event-based activations through VM.
  • Maintain Sweet Dreams’ design language and aesthetics across fixtures, signage, lighting, and space layouts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, retail management, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within premium retail, department stores, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
  • Proven leadership in multi-store, multi-format environments.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a pulse on design, art, and retail innovation.
  • Experience working with digital-native brands or concept-led retail is a plus.
  • Hands-on, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
  • Excellent project management, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Canva (preferred).

  • Willingness to travel for store visits and campaign execution.
