Regional Visual Merchandiser

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser at Titan, a leading jewellery brand, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and attractive displays in Tanishq stores across the Chennai region of Tamil Nadu, India. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will collaborate to understand the brand's vision and objectives. You will design and set up window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations while ensuring that all displays adhere to the brand's guidelines and standards. Additionally, you will train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards, conduct regular store visits for display maintenance, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on visual merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the jewellery industry. A strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques is essential, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, as well as a willingness to travel within the Chennai region, are also key qualifications for this role.
