As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and attractive displays in our Tanishq stores located in the Chennai region of Tamil Nadu, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand the brand's vision and objectives.
• Design and set up window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations.
• Ensure that all displays are in line with the brand's guidelines and standards.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all displays are maintained and updated.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on visual merchandising strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Chennai region.
