You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring 10–15 years of hands-on experience running service operations across multiple centers, and have managed both the numbers and the nuances—P&L, high complaint volumes, and demanding customers are your daily territory. With a B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Electronics) and ideally an MBA/PGDM, you blend technical depth with business acumen. Certifications in diagnostics or EV systems make you future-ready.

Your days are spent on the ground and in the driver’s seat—coaching area leads, troubleshooting escalations, and ensuring every service associate learns what quality really means. Your vision scales regions, yet your execution delivers daily: minimizing wait times, maximizing first-time fixes, controlling costs, and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) targets. With digital

dashboards, field-force and DMS tools at your fingertips, and a working knowledge of predictive analytics, you turn service data into actionable improvements and lasting impact.

optimize the parts supply chain. You thrive on collaboration—working with product, ops, and CX teams to lift standards, drive innovations, and lock in reliability.
