Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional service operations across assigned states.
Ensure achievement of service KPIs including uptime, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and support service dealer network performance.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution of field concerns.
Drive service campaigns, preventive maintenance initiatives, and process compliance.
Conduct training programs for service teams and dealer technicians.
Coordinate with central quality, R&D, and production teams for technical support and feedback.
Ensure effective spare parts planning and availability across the region.
