Regional Service Managers (RSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service operations across the assigned region.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of

  Dealership Service Centres, Field Service Teams, and Authorized Service Workshops (ASCs)

  .
• Monitor and enhance

  service quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), repair accuracy, and customer experience

  .
• Oversee

  EV diagnostics, battery & controller failures, warranty approvals, parts replacement, and after-sales support

  .
• Plan and ensure

  training programs for technicians & dealer workshop staff

  regarding EV service standards, safety & technical updates.
• Implement SOPs in line with

  Factory Act, Indian EV safety standards, and company policies

  .
• Conduct audits of workshops, spare parts management, and tool calibration standards.
  
• Support product engineering teams by providing insights into product performance & field issues.
  
• Strategically expand service coverage and network capacity in the region.
  
• Handle escalated customer grievances and ensure closure within defined timelines.
