Regional Service Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Vehicle Service Manager at Ather, you will be the key senior resource in the territory responsible for managing service delivery, service operations, and demand generation. Your role will involve overseeing various business aspects such as manpower hiring, training, service KPIs, day-to-day operations, team management, customer experience enhancement, warehouse operations, and premises management in Bangalore. You will report to the Zonal Vehicle Service Manager and work closely with the Vehicle service team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery, service operations, and demand generation in the territory - Lead and guide the team operating flagship workshops in the city to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience - Drive service KPIs and monitor day-to-day service operations - Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse - Administer the management of Ather's premises in the city Qualifications Required: - Experience in after sales operations and strong team management and collaboration skills - Customer-first attitude with the ability to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations - Fair understanding of EV technology is a definite plus Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Retail team, Customer service, Marketing, Customer quality, and Service inventory teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
