Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in

    Automotive, White Goods, FMEG, and related sectors

    .
  • Generate leads and convert them into profitable accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements for painted plastic parts and coordinate with technical and production teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to enhance visibility and networking.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Build long-term B2B relationships, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Handle client visits, presentations, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.


Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience & Industry Exposure

  • Candidates

    from the Paint Industry

    interacting with

    OEM customers

    in Automotive, White Goods, or Industrial segments where

    painted plastic parts are used

    .

(Note: Not from the construction paint segment)

OR

  • Candidates

    from Molding/Plastic Component companies

    having a strong connect with OEMs in the

    White Goods or Automotive sectors.


Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.

    (not construction paints), or

    Tier-1 OEM vendors

    with a proven track record in business generation.
  • Strong professional network in

    North India

    , especially in

    NCR and Uttarakhand

    industrial zones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Haridwar and client locations.
