Industry: Control Valve Manufacturing Work Location: Thane West (Factory) Reports to: MD of Organization Department: Sales Working days: Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Website: http://rkcipl.co.in Description Proactively develop new customer contacts and build long-lasting business relationships. Develop sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Secure new business by developing, evaluating, identifying prospective customers and creating a strategy with an action plan to realize the potential of these new business opportunities. Perform need analysis to understand and target companies buying needs and objectives. Manage, orchestrate, direct proposal presentations, oral presentations, and client meetings. Maintain billing records of existing clients and retrieve payments. Achieve sales & booking target month on month for the region Make 3- 4 customer visits/day viz. End Customer, EPC, Consultants & Contractors Travel outstation 12-15 days Competition tracking Regular updating of CRM Prepare and maintain daily as well as monthly customer report and MIS report. Maintenance of new project tracker and sales funnel Specifications Minimum Requirements Education: BE (Instrumentation/Mech.) Mandatory Masters in Marketing Management/ Business Management Preferable Experience: 10 years and above experience from control valves manufacturing or related industry.
