Industry: Control Valve Manufacturing Work Location: Thane West (Factory) Reports to: Sales Manager Department: Sales Working days: Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Website: http://rkcipl.co.in Description Drive sales by understanding technical requirements of customers Devise sales strategy Plan journey cycle to ensure efficiency of visits Carry out visits to the customer s premises / offices to generate enquiries. Forward the enquiries to Application team. Follow-up the offers with customer. Receive the Customer s POs and forward to the Application team. Follow up with the customer support / factory for the delivery and communicate the same with customer. Obtain the customer satisfaction / feedback from Customer. Resolve customer complaints, if any. Maintain a record and follow-up the debtors Stay up-to-date with the competition and the industry knowledge. Proactively develop new customer contacts and build long-lasting business relationships. Take complete responsibility of specified Area/Region to achieve the desired goals Specifications Minimum Requirements Education: BE (Mech./ Instrumentation) Mandatory Experience: 5 years and above of experience from the control valves manufacturing or relates industry.
