Job Description

Role & responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets of the respective Regions Develop New Business & prepare the daily report of sales. RSM is responsible for the sale and marketing of a business products or services in a specified region/zone. A regional sales manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supporting team. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. Setting sales targets for individual ASM and your team. Monitoring your team performance providing needful training and motivating them to reach targets. Reviewing expenses of respective ASM and recommend cost cutting measures. Tracks all sales & marketing data and creates detailed written reports & verbal presentation to bring to the Management. Focus on marketing of newly developed products and establish customer base. Research and analyses of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. Works within the department budget to develop cost effective marketing & sales plans for each product & services. Preferred candidate profile Male candidate required with the good knowledge of team management and sales strategies with planning and develop business ideas, set sales target.
