Role Overview:

To lead and expand our LAP business in the designated area, we are seeking an experienced professional. This position entails meeting disbursement goals, establishing reliable sourcing networks, and guaranteeing portfolio quality while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach LAP disbursement goals on a monthly and annual basis.
• Create new company via direct sourcing channels, connectors, and DSAs.
• Develop plans to increase profitability and market share.
• To improve business plans, keep an eye on market developments and rival activity.
• Oversee, guide, and inspire the regional sales team to achieve excellence.
• Establish precise KPIs and keep an eye on team output.
• Organise frequent coaching and training sessions to improve teamwork.
• Develop a solid rapport with channel partners (builders, connectors, DSAs, etc.).
• Work together with the operations and credit teams to create high-quality portfolios.
• Keep an eye on the health of your portfolio and take proactive measures to reduce delinquencies.
• Verify adherence to regulatory standards and credit regulations
• Provide excellent client service and maintain fast turnaround times from login to disbursement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate (ideally with an MBA).
• A minimum of seven years of sales experience, at least three to five of those years spent on LAP or mortgage loan products.
• A track record of accomplishing sales goals and leading productive teams.
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, credit evaluation, and LAP products.
