Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead Military & Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial market segments in all of India region. The individual needs to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in sales strategy, working with cross functional teams, and customer relationship development.

The individual needs to

  • develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

  • Identify market opportunities and customers

  • build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts , performance reports to leadership.

The individual must possess,

  • minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA) will be added value.

  • needs to have 15+yrs. Of experience in semiconductor field with most experience in technical or semiconductor component sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms

The individual expected skills are

  • Strategic thinking and decision making

  • Team player

  • Data driven approach to sales management

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments

The individual based in Bangalore, India would be a preference. He should be willing to travel across India and having passport for travelling overseas.
