Role Overview: Applied Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building customer relationships, and driving the team's performance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly interactive and supportive surgical sales team and provides growth opportunities for talented performers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and gain market share - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the end-user base - Manage the sales team effectively - Ensure successful launch of new products in the area - Maintain customer/account data and relationships - Plan for business opportunities in challenging territories and competition accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Implement promotional strategies and ensure channel compliance - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets - Monitor and report on sales performance - Appoint new channel partners and pursue contract and tender opportunities - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving complaints Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred - 10-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in the medical consumables/medical device industry - Strong understanding of medical consumables products and the healthcare industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Experience in managing key accounts and building customer relationships - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools About Applied Medical: Applied Medical is a leading medical device company with a global reputation in healthcare.
