Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting potential clients on a daily basis, addressing their queries, managing the company's sales team, recruiting sales professionals, setting their targets, providing training, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, you will be required to propose marketing and sales plans for the company, implement them effectively upon approval, generate new leads, and identify new sources of leads. Moreover, you will be involved in preparing the sales and marketing budget.
