Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include market analysis, setting sales targets, overseeing sales operations, and regularly reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Leadership, and Team Management
Strong skills in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the steel manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
