Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the South Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ethical pharmaceutical marketing, a deep understanding of doctor–chemist networks, and proven experience managing a field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales activities across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint working with Medical Representatives.
• Coordinate with Head Office for planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the field force to achieve consistent performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong connections with healthcare professionals and trade channels across South India.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and team development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Age: Up to 45 years.
• Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits will be as per company norms and commensurate with experience.

Work Location:
Chennai (Headquarters) – with extensive travel across the South Region.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
