Regional Sales Manager

Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team with strong leadership and management skills.
• Responsible for achieving business targets and growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in coordination with management.
• Identify new business opportunities to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
• Expand market reach by developing new territories and channel partner networks.
• Manage and support channel sales and distributor operations effectively.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and distributors.
• Plan monthly targets with the Area Sales Manager and track team performance (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in

  English, Telugu, and Hindi

  (verbal & written).
• Confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint

  .
• Graduate with prior experience in

  Channel Sales / Distributor Sales

  .
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving ability.
• Computer-literate and well-organized with a proactive approach.
• Must have

  team-handling experience
