Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. This role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales team to optimize performance. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide tailored solutions to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the steel structures or pre-engineered buildings industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of regional market trends and the ability to identify new opportunities
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
• Understanding of industry-specific standards and codes (e.g., MBMA, AISC, and AWS) is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and oversee projects
