Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Daily tasks include managing and coaching the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize product offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development Strong understanding of market research, sales planning, and territory management Excellent negotiation, customer relationship management, and communication skills Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and lead a team Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed Show more Show less
