The role involves promoting and selling company’s capability and products/systems to influencers like Consultants and Govt. departments and to end-customers like the Main Contractors and Specialist Contractors in the Building Segment. This role is of high strategic importance to the business. Reporting into the Business Head, you will be promoting the business's footprint ensuring this product line is at the forefront of all Influencers and End-Customers’ minds. You will be responsible for developing and managing a solid project pipeline in terms of Approvals and Sales. You will use your existing experience and industry knowledge to stay on top of Industry Trends, Standards, Codes and Regulations and to continually develop and maintain relationships with customers. Duties: Achieve the annual sales target both in terms of top-line and profitability. Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline. Conducting technical discussions and technical presentations to Influencers, Govt. departments and Contractors and in Seminars, Events, etc. Breaking the competitors’ specifications for projects on ground, getting approvals for our company products and generating Sales. The primary goal of this position is to identify and develop specifications in tenders with major industry influencers such as consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and other key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring TIKIDAN products are approved in relevant sectors and coordinating effectively with the sales force to achieve high conversion rates. Your main tasks will include writing specifications, achieving specification targets, and obtaining product approvals with consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and industry key accounts. You will need to identify and analyze specification and brand approval opportunities in both the short-term and midterm, as well as build a database of contacts by identifying consultant and architect offices working on mega projects. You will be required to present the full range of TIKIDAN products and solutions through personal presentations, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions. Maintaining a project pipeline overview using appropriate tracking tools and collaborating closely with the sales team for effective conversion of specifications to sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to continuously enhance market intelligence, update customer and competitor data, and report on them systematically. Promoting industry awareness of TIKIDAN solutions in construction through participation in fairs, conventions, and other industry forums, as well as branding and product promotion through seminars and technical presentations, are key aspects of this role. Furthermore, having technical knowledge about products and systems, as well as experience in driving specifications and obtaining vendor/make approvals, will be essential for success in this position.,
