Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and developing specifications in tenders with major industry influencers such as Consultants, Architects, Developers, Institutions, and Industry. Your main objective will be to get TIKIDAN approved in sectors wherever required and effectively coordinate prospects with the sales force to ensure high conversion rates to business. Key Responsibilities: - Write specifications and achieve specification targets & product approvals with Consultants, Architects, Developers, Institutions & Industry Key Accounts. - Identify and analyze Specification & Brand Approval opportunities in both short-term and midterm perspectives. - Build a relevant database of contacts by identifying consultant and architect offices that work on mega projects through databases, personal contacts, etc. - Present the full offering of TIKIDAN products and solutions through personal presentations to increase the probability of call backs during project design. - Maintain a project pipeline overview using appropriate tracking tools to facilitate an easier overview and reporting process for key data and handover of information to affected internal stakeholders. - Monitor specifications effectively and hand them over to the Sales team, working closely with them for the effective conversion of specifications to sales. - Continuously increase market intelligence, update customer and competitor data, and systematically report on them. - Promote industry awareness of TIKIDAN Solutions in construction at fairs, conventions, and other industry forums where architects and engineers participate. Conduct branding & product promotion through seminars and technical presentations. - Possess technical know-how about Products and Systems. - Have experience in Driving Specifications and Vendor/Make Approvals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in specification selling and achieving product approvals. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in market intelligence gathering and reporting. - Knowledge of construction industry trends and practices. - Experience in promoting products at industry events and forums.
