With a network of over 250+ distributors nationwide, we are expanding our reach and seeking skilled telesales professionals to strengthen dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls to prospective dealers and distributors across India. Promote and explain Total Batteries’ range of mobile batteries and OEM services. Share company profiles, product catalogs, price lists, and offers through email/WhatsApp. Follow up with leads, send quotations, and convert them into confirmed orders. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with product knowledge, schemes, and competitor insights. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in mobile batteries or electronics. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus). Strong sales closing ability over phone calls. Familiarity with dealer networks and channel sales process. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication. Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
