Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  on-field sales

  for Marcamor and its partner clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers through

  market visits, networking, and lead generation

  .
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions/products/services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and strategy team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends.
• Manage customer queries, provide post-sales support, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of on-field sales experience

  (B2B/B2C).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu

  preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
